FAQ
12 Does the
company have to sign an agreement with the school?
After the terms and conditions of the practicum have been settled (date and length of practicum, name of trainee, content of the Training Plan, division of responsibilities, etc.), the company signs an agreement with the school to formalize its participation in the work-study program. The agreement can take a variety of forms (contract, letter, statement of understanding, etc.) and the content too can vary depending on the needs of the parties. Sometimes a three-way agreement (school, company, trainee) is signed. |
