To finalize your application please visit the main office between 9am and 3pm, at your earliest convenience and bring the following documents:

1. Quebec Birth Certificate (or PR Card or Canadian Citizenship)
2. High School Diploma from Quebec (or equivalent education, providing diploma and transcripts) – if you have not completed high school you can be sent for a GDT in order to gain access to the program.
3. RAMQ card

You will also need to make a 600.00$ payment at the office (cash or card). This payment includes:             

1. The registration fee of 270.00$.
2. Textbook, Spork, first aid supplies, other materials: 330.00$
