 The Diploma of Vocational Studies prepares candidates to work as PAB or health and social services assistants (ASSS) with all types of clients in all care settings.

Students must choose a minimum of 15 hours/week of a possible 30 hours offered (Mondays- Thursdays) afternoons and/or evenings.  Students can attend the theory classes online from home or in person at the centre making the delivery model very flexible.  Students must be able to attend in person from time to time for lab work and lab exams.  As well, theory exams must be written in person at the centre during class time (afternoons/evenings).  Students will be able to do placements in care settings as part of the program, also.
