***ALL APPLICANTS MUST HOLD A DIPLOMA IN SECRETARIAL STUDIES OR HAVE WORKED 5+ YEARS AS A MEDICAL SECRETARY TO BE ACCEPTED IN THIS PROGRAM.***

• Opening and completing an application is not an acceptance or registration into the program
• If your file is not complete within 60 days of being opened, it may be archived and you will need to reapply.
• All applicants must apply as an "adult" not "youth", even if you are under 18
• If your application is marked as Priority 2, your application will be automatically closed when the group is full
• The group will be closed once it has been filled. If your application is not completed before the group is closed, you must contact us by email if you wish to continue processing your application for the next session.
• Applicants must have a valid email address. All communications are made using the email on file. If you change your email or contact information, be sure to update your file 
• Applicants with completed and approved files are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis
• Once you have been accepted, payment and registration will take place prior to the starting of the program. You will be contacted with a date and time to finalize the registration
• At your registration appointment, you will be required to bring all original documents that were uploaded to your application. This includes your ID's, proof of residency and your original and translated (if not in English or French) transcripts and diplomas
• Program fees include the cost of course materials.
• PLEASE ALLOW 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR FILE. Once all documents are approved, you will receive an email with more information regarding this program.
