Opening and completing an application is not an acceptance or registration into the program. If your file isn’t complete by October 30, 2026, your application will not be considered for the group starting January 18, 2027.

If your application is marked as priority 2, your application will be automatically deleted by the website when the group gets closed.

All applicants must apply as an “adult” not “youth”, even if you are under 18.

As of May 28, 2026, the government has introduced a new law that applicants for the Health, Assistance & Nursing course need to have completed their schooling from outside Quebec in English. If you did your schooling in English, you need to provide a letter from your school stating that. If you weren’t taught in English, please send me an email at [email protected], I will inform you of the required steps.

At your registration appointment, you will be required to bring in all the original documents that have been uploaded to your application. This includes ID’s, proof of residency and educational documents, originals and translations.

Students must have a valid email address. All communications are made using the email address on file. If you change your email or contact information, be sure to update the information in your application.

• Cost of uniforms and shoes are included in the program fee.

To practice as a nurse in Quebec after completing your DEP, you must pass the Order of Nurses of Quebec (OIIAQ) professional exam and have met the requirements of the OQLF (Office Quebecoise de la langue française https://www.oqlf.gouv.qc.ca/).

• Please note that students in the nursing program may have to take the OQLF French exam at the end of their program. More details will be available before you register for the program.
