The aim of this program is to make a person able to intervene in an office or tourist information website serving urban and rural areas by providing comprehensive information on a given region and additional information on surrounding areas.
The candidates often work in place of the first line in tourist information offices, offering customers relevant information about the area served thereby promoting customer retention on site.Objectifs / Compétences

Conditions d'admission et préalables
- Hold a high school diploma (DES) or equivalent;
- Have experience considered relevant;
- Possess good communication skills and leadership.
