SCHEDULE AND DELIVERY MODE
Hybrid: combination of online and in-person learning
Online: two evenings per week, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.
Equipment needed: computer with Internet access, headphones and a microphone
In-person: certain Saturdays, depending on the module, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
All exams are done in person
TRAINING LOCATION: Online, Magog
TOTAL DURATION: 390 hours
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to organize, prepare, and lead a variety of activities that promote the overall development of preschool and elementary students in accordance with the school’s educational project, while ensuring their well-being and safety.
Skills Training Certificate - STC SCHOOL DAYCARE SERVICE
All students enrolled in this vocational training program are also enrolled in the Eastern Township School Board's general adult education program. While in training, students have access to the services of a socio-professional integration professional. This initiative helps students master the soft skills they need to become effective and well equipped to face the changing realities of the job market.
