The program aims to prepare child care administrators who can create stimulating and structured environments for children by effectively managing administrative responsibilities and fostering communication with staff and partners. Students develop key skills in financial, material, and human resource management that are tailored to the legal and operational requirements of child care services. Emphasis is placed on collaborative leadership and communication to strengthen team cohesion and support the implementation of the educational plan. Graduates will also be equipped to work with a variety of socio-economic partners, helping to position their services within the broader community. Ultimately, they will be able to ensure their organization’s financial health, promote personal growth among staff, and contribute to a high-quality living environment rooted in Quebec society.
