O’Sullivan College of Montréal is the only institution authorized to teach this DEC program in English in the province of Quebec.

Basic knowledge of French is required to follow this program of study because certain textbooks are only in French. Students have the opportunity of completing their third year of studies in French immersion if they meet certain requirements.

Université Laval: Our graduates will be recognized with an equivalent of 12 credits applicable to their program of study for those who wish to continue their studies in Law at Université Laval.

Université d'Ottawa: Our graduates who wish to continue their studies in Law at Université d'Ottawa will be recognized an equivalent of (9) nine credits applicable to their program of study.

Université de Sherbrooke: Our graduates who wish to continue their studies in Law at Université de Sherbrooke will be recognized an equivalent of (7) seven credits applicable to their program of study.

Université de Montréal: Our graduates who wish to continue their studies in Law at Université de Montréal will be recognized an equivalent of a maximum of (8) eight credits applicable to their program of study (some conditions apply). In the process of revising their program, subject to change.  

NEW - We also have an Accelerated Paralegal Technology program (five semesters instead of six) designed for students who have completed all general education courses at the college level.

NEW - We also have an Intensive 4-semester program (18 months) leading to an Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) and including a 6-week internship (210 hours).
