The Market Fresh program is a specialization course (ASP) which follows the DEP.  

 Are you looking to take your skills even further? Become a gastronomy specialist in this program of 525 hours. If you already have a cooking diploma or professional experience and want to improve your skills, this attestation of professional specialization (ASP) in market cuisine will allow you to become a specialist in your kitchen.

This program will help you to develop versatility in the kitchen which will allow you to meet almost any challenge in culinary preparation: charcuterie, pastry, bread making, tasting menus, as well as dishes based on regional products.

 The Market Fresh program of study is designed to train people who are capable of practicing the profession of cooking by allowing them to deepen their knowledge and skills within their professional practice. Students require their DEP or 5 years of industry experience.

Costs:

• This program is tuition-free. The school collects approximately $ 100.00 in registration fees.
• Students who have a toolkit from their DEP may continue to use it, if a student does not then a toolkit can be purchased at the school, cost will be approximately $480 (depending on market value).
• The uniform costs approximately $ 175 - 200 (some parts of the DEP uniform may be used).
• Students may have to purchase additional tools or uniform items (100 - 500$).
