Come join our new internship program in butchery where you will have the possibility of being paid an hourly salary throughout the program. In other words, if accepted into the program, you would get paid for both your classes and your internship hours. Starting in September 2024, we will be offering this enhanced internship program of 360 hours of learning on-site with one of our industry partners.

 In order to be accepted, you will be required to attend a VIRTUAL information session as a condition of acceptance.
