Objectifs du programme

Enable students to acquire competence in the exercise of the profession, i.e. carrying out the tasks and activities of the profession at the level required for entry into the job market; help students integrate into the working world by familiarizing them with the job market in general and the specific context of the selected profession; foster the students' personal growth and encourage their continuing professional development; ensure students' future job mobility by helping them to acquire career-management skills.

Technicien de laboratoire de sciences physiques

Les techniciennes et les techniciens de laboratoire de sciences physiques assistent les chercheurs en physique dans la conception et la mise au point de produits de haute technologie. Ils effectuent des montages d’instruments optiques et acoustiques permettant de caractériser des composants et des appareils, caractérisent des matériaux et participent à l’aménagement et à la gestion d’un laboratoire ou d’un local de production en physique appliquée. C’est un métier passionnant qui se déroule dans des environnements calmes. Il demande des aptitudes pour les mathématiques, les sciences et les technologies. Une carrière de technicien de laboratoire de sciences physiques s’adresse aux personnes polyvalentes, appliquées et méthodiques, possédant une bonne dextérité manuelle et aimant résoudre des problèmes.
