Artisans, often referred to by their specialty (jewelers, ceramists, textile art artisans, tradesmen/tradeswomen cabinetmakers, lute makers, glassmakers, leathercraft workers, etc.), work with materials in an artisanal manner and create unique products, in single samples or as a limited series. They experiment with creative possibilities and manage their small business. This is an exciting profession for creative people who have good manual skills and a developed aesthetic sense.
