Secretarial Studies – Dental

Dental secretaries schedule and confirm appointments with dentists or dental health specialists (endodontics, periodontics, maxillofacial surgery, etc.). They prepare records and forms for insurance payments and are responsible for answering calls, greeting clients, billing, handling registers and filing. This is a routine but rewarding job that requires honesty, discretion and method. It is suitable for people who are good at communicating with the public and enjoy the health care industry.
